Brianza Danza Festival invites you at the formation course to know the benefits of Hiit Ballet,
a new training method for dancers created from Jose Perez.
Hiit Ballet is a "pas de deux" of classic and innovation; of ballet and High-Intensity Interval Training, created with the support of Human Tecar Mats, vary dimentions surfaces, realized with different materials with particular polimers with closed and opened cells, developped and patented at international level. the footboards create different levels of density and instability, simulating natural lands which oblige the body constantly find its balance, gaining more benefit from training.
Hiit Ballet gives you better balance, force, flexsibility, fatigue resistance, concentration; perfect the tecnique of a professional dancer and at the same time, preserve tendons and joints from injuries.
Teorical and practical course is 5 hours long with a colsed number of participants.
